Statement of Agreement of Terms and Conditions


  • Full Payment must be made prior to the booking. If the booking is regular, invoices are issued at the end of each four week period. Payment should be made within 7 days of receiving any invoice.
  • Bookings cancelled with less than 7 days notice will be charged the full hire rate.
  • If I am intending to run classes, I have the appropriate qualifications and insurances to do so.
  • If I am intending to work with children, young people or vulnerable groups, I have the necessary documentation. (i.e PVG/disclosure, protecting vulnerable groups policy, first aid etc)
  • A copy of my Evacuation Plan for Disabled Users form (If Applicable) needs to be handed in during your initial safety briefing (15 minutes before the first booking)
  • I understand that these premises must be used for the purpose in which they were booked, and sub-letting is strictly prohibited.
