• • The Fraser Centre does not carry an alcohol licence. Events with alcohol must have written consent by the Trust.If your event includes alcohol and the Trust is not aware prior to the event the Trust reserve the right to stop the event.
  • If catering is required, the catering team will be in touch to discuss your catering needs for your event. As part of our H&S policy, outside catering cannot be brought into the Centre without prior consent.

Full Payment must be made prior to the booking. If the booking is regular, invoices are issued at the end of each four week period. Payment should be made within 7 days of receiving any invoice.

• Bookings cancelled with less than 7 days notice will be charged the full hire rate.
• If I am intending to run classes, I have the appropriate qualifications and insurances to do so.
• If I am intending to work with children, young people or vulnerable groups, I have the necessary documentation. (i.e PVG/disclosure, protecting vulnerable groups policy, first aid etc)
• The Trust will provide a H&S briefing with the responsible person prior to your event including evacuation plan for all users.
• I understand that these premises must be used for the purpose in which they were booked, and sub-letting is strictly prohibited.
